The Advertising Standards Agency have an aggressive and uncompromising stance towards homeopathic websites. I was contacted by them with a series of unreasonable requests and forced to change my website. I found out subsequently that they have no legal status, although they are far from clear on that point. Many of us have had to alter our websites substantially due to pressure from the ASA, which as we know is taking instructions from the Nightingale Collaboration (http://www.nightingale-collaboration.org/), an arm of Sense About Science. The Travelling Homoeopaths Collective are planning to set up a new London and South/ South West Mobile clinic and have reached a point of needing further funds.

Having successfully been given £7,000 from HAT they now have until the end of April 2014 to raise the remainder. They have just planned an amazing 200 mile sponsored cycle ride over 5 days through the beautiful countryside of Holland between 18-25th May 2014.

Usain Bolt, Olympic sprinter and famed winner of numerous gold medals has been using homeopathy since the age of 16. He is a patient of German sports doctor Hans-Wilheim Muller-Wohifahrt who uses homeopathy at his Munich clinic.

Homeopathy supports the body’s natural processes and aids healing by supporting the immune system rather than suppressing natural defence mechanisms.

Doctors are trained to bring down a fever as quickly as possible—but new research has found that drugs like ibuprofen and paracetamol increase the rate of flu by 5 per cent, and cause an additional thousand deaths each year in North America alone.

Fever is the body’s natural defence mechanism against flu and colds. It protects us, and reduces the risk to others, says David Earn, at McMaster University in Canada.

It isn’t just doctors who want to bring down fevers. We do as well, as sales of drugs like ibuprofen, aspirin and paracetamol demonstrate. But all that the drugs do is interfere with the body’s natural processes, and they could be causing tens of thousands of extra cases of flu cases, and even deaths. Suppressing fever increases the number of annual flu cases by around 5 per cent, Earn estimates, and leads to around a thousand additional deaths from flu every year in North America.
