Thousands of ‘safe’ natural products (i.e. foods, herbs, vitamins, minerals, supplements & indigenous remedies) are at risk of being banned by 2011.  If unchallenged, many believe that it not only poses the greatest threat imaginable to our health, (including our children & future generations), animal welfare and the environment – but also the survival of many cultural foods, holistic practices, therapists and ‘small’ health businesses.  In addition, centuries of ancient wisdom and spiritual beliefs will be written out of the history books and lost forever. The Joining Hands in Health campaign has been set up to encourage us to take responsibility for our health with access to natural health products.
