The Advertising Standards Agency have an aggressive and uncompromising stance towards homeopathic websites. I was contacted by them with a series of unreasonable requests and forced to change my website. I found out subsequently that they have no legal status, although they are far from clear on that point. There is a petition to investigate the behaviour of the ASA on the government’s petition site:

Many of us have had to alter our websites substantially due to pressure from the ASA, which as we know is taking instructions from the Nightingale Collaboration (http://www.nightingale-collaboration.org/), an arm of Sense About Science. It would be great if you could sign the petition and circulate it to your colleagues, friends, family, patients, clients, etc.
