Hungry Gap Foraging
At a time of year when things can seem pretty sparse, there are still lots of plants out and about which can contribute to our diet or help us to be well.
25th Feb: meet at 10am for a foraging walk (£5 per person). We won’t pick loads of things but I can show you what to look out for. Location (around Malvern) yet to be decided but we’ll be out for a few hours. Kids welcome.
Fermented Food Course
11th March 9.30-12: £35 including ingredients (in Malvern)
You will receive a brief introduction to why gut health is important and learn how to make fermented piccalilli, lacto-fermented lemons and probiotic cashew ‘cheese’. All you need to bring is some basic cooking equipment and some containers.
