As well as regular Celtic festival evenings, I run courses on various homeopathic and health related subjects, give talks to groups such as spiritual development groups, WIs, gardening groups, Probus or women's groups and hold short workshops on topics to suit the audience as requested.
The Celts understood that life was governed by the changing seasons and celebrated the unique energies and opportunities of each phase of the year. So often we are divorced from what is going on in the world around us because of artificial heat and light. Good health means being in tune with ourselves and our environment. Join me to celebrate the Solstices, Equinoxes and Cross Quarter Festivals as the Celts did. Doing so allows us to reconnect with the Earth and each other, appreciating each season and tapping into the power of nature to grow, regenerate, heal and explore.
Spring Equinox - celebrate the awakening year and explore the balance within our lives
- The festival of awakening and balance - between light and dark, the Sun and Moon, the inner and outer worlds, intellect and intuition.
- 20th March 7.30 to 9.30 at the Centre for Wellbeing
- Spring Equinox is celebrated in the Northern Hemisphere as the first true day of Spring when the day and night are perfectly equal. The Celts understood that the physical, mental and spiritual levels were so interlocked and perfectly balanced that whatever was done on one level will affect the other two. This is the time to understand and celebrate the balanced flow of energy we are all part of and that brings huge potential for growth and manifestation.
- Join Kelda at the Centre for Wellbeing, Malvern, for an evening of balance, manifestation and meditation.
- £5 payable in advance (including refreshments). Please call Kelda (07841 344691) to book.
